Meta builds humanoid prototype with Chinese robotics startup Fourier

Meta Platforms has developed a prototype humanoid robot in collaboration with Chinese robotics firm Fourier, according to The Information. The Information reported that the social media company is already developing a second version of the hardware as part of a broader push to bring robots into residential homes. A humanoid robot features a body shape designed to resemble humans, which enables it to interact with human tools, navigate domestic environments, or assist in bipedal locomotion research.
