DPI Venture Capital, the venture platform of Development Partners International, announced on October 27 that it held the final close of the Nclude Fund at more than 112 million dollars. HedgeCo.Net reported that the fund targets investments in fintech, fintech-enabled, and financial inclusion companies. It also backs businesses operating at the intersection of fintech, artificial intelligence, and emerging technology across Africa and the Middle East. [1]

Nclude was originally formed in 2022 as a venture fund focused on fintech in Egypt. According to HedgeCo.Net, DPI became the investment adviser to Nclude in 2025 after a restructuring transaction. That move coincided with the launch of DPI Venture Capital, which subsequently expanded the fund's limited partner base by bringing in additional strategically aligned investors. [1]

Africa is the second-largest and second-most populous continent in the world, covering about 30.3 million square kilometres. It has the youngest population of any continent, with nearly 1.4 billion people. [12]
