Background-checking platform Veremark closed a secondary share offering on crowdfunding platform Crowdcube, raising £504,461 from 51 investors, Crowdfund Insider and Dealroom reported. Dealroom reported that the secondary deal valued the business at $100 million. [1][2]
According to Crowdfund Insider, participating investors committed an average of nearly £10,000 to acquire insider shares. Crowdfund Insider also reported that Veremark generated £6.7 million in annual revenue during 2025, which marked a 54 percent year-on-year increase. [1]
