Anthropic filed its S-1 registration statement on October 26, 2026, ahead of a planned public listing, according to SEC.gov filings and reports from Crypto Briefing, DealBook, and SaaSstr. SaaSstr reported that the company intends to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol ANT. BigGo Finance reported that a listing is targeted for mid-November 2026. [2][3][4][5][6]

The public filing offers a detailed view of the company's financial performance. DealBook and SaaSstr both reported that Anthropic generated $16.3 billion in revenue in the first half of the year. SaaSstr noted that the business demonstrated a 900 percent net revenue retention rate, $6.6 million in revenue per employee, and an adjusted operating margin of 10 percent. [4][6]

The disclosures highlight significant expense pressures alongside revenue expansion. DealBook reported that Anthropic plans to spend $807 billion on artificial intelligence infrastructure. Additionally, The Information reported that payment processing fees rose by $222 million in the first half of the year compared to the same period a year ago, serving as a key driver of overall cost increases. [1][4]

The filing also outlines potential strategic risks facing the business. Bloomberg.com reported that Anthropic listed climate change as a risk factor to its business operations in the S-1 document. [7]
