Realty Income secures funding and completes European venture with KKR

Realty Income has secured new private capital through a multi billion fund and completed a joint venture with private equity firm KKR.

Realty Income has secured new private capital financing and closed a European venture, according to reports from Ad Hoc News and Dealroom. Ad Hoc News reported that the firm established a 1.7 billion dollar fund and formed a European tie-up with KKR. Dealroom reported that Realty Income raised a 1.74 billion dollar fund and closed a 528 million euro venture with KKR. [1][2]

The transaction expands Realty Income's access to private institutional capital markets. KKR is an American alternative asset management firm that manages approximately 758 billion dollars in assets as of March 2026. [1][2][5]

Separately, Pulse 2.0 reported that Windsor Capital completed a 50 million dollar strategic investment in Slovenian technology firm Space Labs. The investment gives Windsor Capital a 4.9 percent minority stake at an implied post-money valuation of approximately 1.02 billion dollars, following a two-year due diligence process. [3]
