Infisical has raised 40 million dollars in a Series B funding round at a 600 million dollar valuation, Unite.AI, Wowtale, FinSMEs, citybiz, Yahoo Finance, Forbes, and Dealroom all reported on October 27, 2026. Investor Elad Gil led the funding round, according to Unite.AI. [1][2][3][8][9][10][11]

The financing round also included participation from Gradient and Y Combinator, Unite.AI reported. Elad Gil had previously invested in the company's Series A round. [1]

The startup provides security tools that manage how software agents work inside critical systems without revealing the credentials that unlock those systems, Unite.AI reported. Infisical plans to use the new capital to accelerate product development, grow its engineering and go-to-market teams, and expand its security infrastructure for artificial intelligence. [1]
