German warm-chain logistics company Cellbox Solutions has completed its Series A financing round, bringing total proceeds to 5 million euros. EU-Startups, Dealroom, TradingView, and n24.com.tr all report that the funding round reached the 5 million euro mark on October 20, 2026. [1][2][3][4]

EU-Startups reported that the company secured the final closing of the funding round to evolve its business model. Cellbox Solutions plans to use the capital to expand its offering to include integrated logistics solutions designed for sensitive biological materials. [1]
