London-based startup Obsero has secured 1 million euros, or 1.2 million dollars, in seed funding, EU-Startups reported. Early-stage venture firm SFC Capital led the investment round alongside several of Obsero's existing customers. [1]

The company operates as an AI search platform and consultancy. Co-founder and chief executive Mike Logue told EU-Startups that customer participation in the funding round provides a strong signal of validation for the business. [1]

Obsero plans to use the new capital to double the size of its engineering team, accelerate its go-to-market execution, and build its first specialist AI agents trained on its Generative Engine Optimization playbook, according to EU-Startups. [1]

The business operates within the broader artificial intelligence search sector, where platforms process web search queries and synthesize answers using large language models, according to Wikipedia. [2]
